1. Request for a list of all quarries and or aggregate operators that were inspected or sampled by the National Market Surveillance Authority (NBCMSO / Local Authorities) during 2025. 2. Copies of any records or reports detailing the tests carried out (including aggregates for concrete under I.S. EN 12620 and other relevant standards) and the results of those tests. 3. Records of any findings of non-compliance, including whether the issues were administrative/documentation-related or related to technical performance. 4. Details of any corrective actions taken voluntarily by operators or restrictive measures imposed by the Authority in 2025 following quarry inspections. 5. Any correspondence, briefing notes, or summary reports provided to the Department or to Donegal County Council (or other local authorities) concerning quarry inspections carried out in 2025.
