Any/all records of correspondence or communication between the Department of Justice and any member of an Garda Síochána pertaining to risk assessment(s) with regard to the use of: 1) an online reporting system for hate crimes or incidents. 2) the use of anonymous reporting via an online hate crime or incident reporting portal. 3) the use of third party referrals for hate crimes or incidents. 4) anonymous reporting via an third party organisations, including Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
