In relation to the proposed development at and by a property which is proposed to house Ukrainian refugees: 1. Copy of application/expression of interest from applicant relevant to same. 2. Supplementary information supporting the application. 3. Copy of procurement file and all associated documentation including the procurement criteria applied for the awarding of contracts. 4. Copy of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth's assessment of suitability of the site location, in accordance with the department's own guidelines. 5. Copy of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth's assessment of suitability of the building for human inhabitation. 6. Construction Plans including Building and Drawings/Design Specifications. 7. All documents relating to Waste Treatment processes determining suitability. 8. Fire certification and documentation. Copy of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth's assessment and verification that the current building regulations required by law, have been adhered to ensure that the facility is fit for human inhabitation. 9. Details of transport plans provided by the applicants. 10. Management and operational details for the proposal provided by the applicants. 11. All correspondence between the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth and the applicants regarding the proposed development. With regard to the housing of the existing Ukrainian refugees within the property, we are seeking the following information: 1. All correspondence and documentation relating to the operational housing and management of the accommodation.
