I wish to request the following: a. Any reports written as part of the examination of recommendation 2.10 of the Housing for All Plan, which concerned the potential extension of the role of estate agents to include an initial inspection of rental property. b. Any correspondence between the Department of Justice and the Property Services Regulatory Authority that relates to the examination. The timeframe in which the specified documentation and communication r equested is within the period of 2021 - 2022.
