All written and e-mail correspondence, documents, files, letters, notes and briefings between Geoscience Regulation Office (GSRO}, its evaluation team, the Minister for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) and Earth Source Ltd, from 2017 to 1 June 2024, relating to the Prospecting Competition, Application and Licence M.A. 345/1, Prospecting Licence Areas (PLAs} 2429, 2430, 2830 and 3834, including the process of evaluation & the decisions made by the evaluation team, all minutes of any meetings, all material presented, any briefing material & documents. 2. All-application forms required by Earth Source Ltd for the application for Screening 1 & 2 which also include all EIA reports and EIA assessments within the PLAs, all maps including those showing all Zones of Influence/Exclusions and the necessary spatial dimensions of Influence/Extension zones for each Natura 2000 site, SACs, SPAs, NHA, pNHAs, and those sites outside the PLAs within 15km distance, protected geological sites, all recorded, unrecorded, and listed monuments and all domestic and community wells/springs 3. The Aarhus Screening Forms and the Aarhus Decisions 4. All work programs for the next 6 years, COPs and mitigation measures
