I am requesting access to all records held by Tipperary County Council relating to roadside drainage, flooding, drainage infrastructure and maintenance works in the vicinity of E41F9X6, Reisk, Kilcommon, Co. Tipperary. Specifically, I request copies of the following records: A) Planning, inspection and construction records All records relating to Planning Permission 07510605, including: inspections, compliance checks, road entrance approval, drainage approval at the site boundary, correspondence with the developer or builder. Any records identifying or approving the installation, diameter, design, or sizing of the roadside pipe located along the front boundary of E41F9X6. Any records confirming Council inspection, acceptance or sign-off of the entrance works or drainage pipe. B) Drainage ownership, responsibility and maintenance All records confirming ownership, responsibility or classification of the roadside drain and pipe (public or private). All internal or external correspondence referring to responsibility for roadside drainage at this location. Any reports, memos, assessments, surveys or engineering notes regarding drainage capacity, adequacy or condition. C) Flooding, complaints and past Council works All records of previous flooding reports, complaints or service requests relating to this location. All records of maintenance, clearance, repair, excavation or works carried out by Tipperary County Council or its contractors at or near this drainage system. Any risk assessments, photos or site visit notes relating to erosion, water runoff or access obstruction at the entrance to E41F9X6. D) Internal communication All internal emails, letters, engineering correspondence, Teams messages, file notes or written communications referring to: E41F9X6, Reisk, Kilcommon drainage, the 225mm pipe, Condition 8 of Planning Permission 07510605, responsibility for drainage upgrades.
