Please provide figures as to the number of referrals made to Tusla in relation to children in direct provision centres since the start of 2019, by month; please provide details as to the nature of the reason for the referral; please provide details as to the number of times a child has gone missing for an extended period of time (e.g., notification of same to centre management by family/social worker/Gardaí or notification to another professional or agency e.g. Tusla, Gardaí by centre management) since the start of 2019, again by month and when the child returned.
