1. I wish to know how many clinical claims were resolved in 2015? 2. The NTMA Annual Report for 2015 states that 100% of clinical claims are resolved within 3 years of the start of legal proceedings; I would like to know how this was ascertained i.e. how many claims were analysed to get this figure and what period do they take into account? Is it claims from 2002 when the clinical indemnity scheme was established or more recently? clinical negligence claims and declined?
