1) A copy of all correspondence/contact of every nature between HIQA and tandfonline journal information, in relation to the article published in May 2020, "Behind closed doors: human rights in residential care for people with an intellectual disability in Ireland". (2) In the conclusion paragraph of this article it states "For the inspectorate of residential services, the findings of the study were clear that the adaptation of a Human Rights Framework would help to integrate equality and human rights at all stages of the regulatory process, including decisions about whether a centre should or should not be registered". Please confirm the HIQA member(s) / inspectorate of residential services, that was/were contacted and consulted by the author(s) of this article and the HIQA member/inspectorate of residential services that stated "the findings of the study were clear that the adaptation of a Human Rights Framework would help to integrate equality and human rights at all stages of the regulatory process, including decisions about whether a centre should or should not be registered".
