Records relating to the development, planning, staffing, and governance of the National Centre for Research and Remembrance at Seán McDermott Street, Dublin 1: 1. A full and current list of members of the Steering Group for the National Centre. Minutes of all Steering Group meetings to date. Any correspondence, reports or memos relating to the selection or appointment of Steering Group members. Any document, policy, or internal communication that explains the powers, responsibilities, and decision-making role of the Special Advocate and the four survivor representatives on the Steering Group including whether they have full voting rights and equal say in decisions. 2. A full breakdown of staffing plans for the National Centre, including types of roles, recruitment timelines, and which agencies or departments are responsible for filling them. Any records, proposals, or internal discussions about hiring survivors of Mother and Baby Homes, County Homes, Magdalene Laundries, Industrial Schools, or adoption systems to work at the National Centre. Specifically, any plans to train and employ survivors in professional roles such as: Archive or museum work, Community education and outreach, Records access and support services, Administration or governance. Any documents that outline whether priority will be given to survivors in hiring processes across all roles not just cleaning, hospitality, or maintenance.
