Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting information inclusive of all Protective Disclosures on all concerns received regarding the CareChoice Ballynoe nursing home Co Cork for the following periods, November and December 2020 and January, February and March 2021 and what they related too. Please indicate the dates these concerns were made.
