Properties identified for inspection or further review under the European Communities (Environmental Liability) Regulations (2008), Environmental Liability Act (or other undertaking) at a specified location in Lucan to include the priority status/risk ranking of the site, the likely timescale for further scrutiny. Records of any known contamination issues associated with the site or in the near vicinity in terms of former or current contaminative site uses, leaks or spills of any oil/chemical substances etc. Records of any intrusive investigations at the site or near vicinity including dates and titles of any reports and whether reports are publicly available. Records of any current or former landfills on site or located within a 250m radius, including location of all landfills, both closed and operational, dates when landfill was operational, types of waste deposited, information on volume of waste deposited, depth of infilling and landfill structure. Details of any landfill gas monitoring, site investigation or gas spiking undertaken at the landfill or in the immediate vicinity of the site.
