• Information relating to the location of a Direct Provision / Refugee / Asylum Seekers Centre at the Shannon Key West Hotel in Rooskey. • The general scope of the Provision of the centre including: approx. numbers expected at the centre; age profile of residents; how long the centre is expected to be operational; budget/ costs for the centre for its life span. • Impact studies carried out in relation to the centre's impact local services: Education provision; Impact on local housing including housing prices; Impact on access to health services including mental health; impact on policing and local security; impact on transportation. If there are no formal impact studies available, I request that a statement in that respect is forwarded to that effect. • Provisions for the staffing of the centre; terms and conditions for the staff and the workforce plan in respect of such. • Details on services and supports which will be put in place for the residents of the centre and details on the funding for these additional services. • Details of the formal procurement for any 3rd party goods or services provided for the centre, including details of the procurement for any sub-contracted operators.
