The time period for all actions below is 26/01/2024 to 01/03/2024. 1. Any or all internal/external documents and correspondence (including instant messages, on Skype, Microsoft Teams, meeting minutes, briefing notes, meeting invites etc) within the department regarding/relating to Scouting Ireland. 2. Details of correspondence and documents exchanged between Scouting Ireland and the department including meeting invites, minutes, briefing notes and memos. 3. Any correspondence and documents regarding any meeting of the Scouting Ireland Officials and the department (as per the above dates), including emails, text, whats app, phone call records, meeting invites, meeting minutes and briefing notes. 4. Any and all emails, text, whats app, phone call records with Scouting Ireland Interim CEO, CFO & Safeguarding Manager of Scouting Ireland. 5. The minutes and agenda of any meetings with these individuals or any other Scouting Ireland representative. 6. Any correspondence from the public/members of the Oireachtas (including Oireachtas members staff members) to the department regarding Scouting Ireland.
