In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, please now provide me with copies of all proposals, plans drawings, records, correspondence, and assessments pertaining to the proposal to develop the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade site at Iveagh House, 78-81 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 VYF53 to include the plans, drawings and assessments for the redevelopment of the site at 77 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2. I also require the proposals, records, plans, drawings, correspondence and assessments for any and all development/redevelopment of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Iveagh House, 78-81 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2. Specifically, I require the records which record the scope and nature of the proposed overall development (incorporating 78-81 St Stephens Green) and any proposed revised development of the site/premises at 78-81 St Stephens Green in light of the failure by the State to acquire the property at 77 St. Stephens Green.
