I wish to know the amount of times, if any, the Minister for Justice has used his/her power under section 42 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 since 2013. I wish to have a breakdown by year and month and if possible the exact dates of when an order under section 42 was made. I wish to have the terms of reference of each inquiry made available to me as well.
