Records held by the Minister referring to the closure or planned closure of the scheme from November 1 2022 to 17 February 2023. To include emails/correspondence referring or relating to plans to close the scheme, reports, memoranda, briefing notes on same. 3. Correspondence held by the relevant section and/or the Minister’s office from third parties -- including representative groups, external agencies, individuals - relating to the operation of the scheme and its effectiveness from 1 January 2022 to 17 February 2023.
