Copies of all correspondence in relation to the contract of employment of Horse Racing Ireland chief executive Brian Kavanagh as well as requests made by HRI to government for a new contract or extension of old contract. The records should include but not be limited to copies of all communications on the topic of the chief executive's contract - as well as its renewal or extension - to/from the following individuals: Former Minister Simon Coveney , Department of Agriculture Officials , The time period can be limited to January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2016. The records should include copies of letters, emails, faxes, transcripts or notes of phone calls, and copies of any documents enclosed with letters or attachments to emails. Spearately I am also seeking copies of all correspondence in relation to the contract of employment of Horse Racing Ireland chief executive Brian Kavanagh between the Departmnet of Agriculture - its ministers and officials - and the Department of Finance and/or the Department of Public Expenditure in 2011.
