I am requesting the following in relation to the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant and Derelict Property Top-Up, administered by Tipperary County Council: 1. Have you approved any applications where the original dwelling was fully demolished (i.e. no retention of walls, roof, or foundations)? 2. In such cases, were they approved based on rebuilding on the same footprint or other criteria? 3. Do you hold any internal policies, memos, or Departmental correspondence addressing the eligibility of such cases? 4.
