Under the Freedom of Information Act, I wish to request the following information relating to your current housing maintenance framework(s), planned maintenance contracts, and housing repair contracts. Please provide: 1.A list of all successful contractors/framework members appointed to housing maintenance frameworks or planned maintenance contracts currently in operation. 2.Details of the lots/categories awarded to each contractor. 3.The ranking/order of contractors on the framework panel, if applicable. 4.The commencement and expiry dates of the framework/contracts. 5.Details of any contractors or subcontractors involved in: okitchen replacement works, okitchen fitting, oventilation/cooker hood installation, oplanned maintenance works, oreactive maintenance works, oand refurbishment works to social housing stock. 6.Copies of any contract award notices or award summaries relating to these frameworks/contracts. 7.The estimated annual or total framework/contract values. 8.Details of any current or recently completed social housing refurbishment or retrofit programmes involving kitchen upgrades. I would prefer to receive the information electronically by email where possible.
