Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: 1) LANDING OBLIGATION REPORT Ireland's report to the European Commission on the landing obligation for fisheries, as detailed in the subsequent report in June 2020 (COM(2020) 248 final - https://ec.europa.eu/transparency/regdoc/rep/1/2020/EN/COM-2020-248-F1-EN-MAIN-PART-1.PDF). It says in this report: To assess progress on the landing obligation, the Commission received reports from 18 Member States and five advisory councils. 2) IRELAND'S FISHING REPORTS 2019 & 2020 Ireland's report to the European Commission for 2019 and 2020 in relation to its efforts to balance fishing capacity and fishing opportunities. In an EU 2017 Audit (https://op.europa.eu/webpub/eca/special-reports/fisheries-08-2017/en/), it states: Member States report on their efforts to balance fishing capacity and fishing opportunities each year.
