All information and records in whatever form held (including with particularity, but not limited to, all records, notes, memos, e mails, minutes of meetings, correspondence etc.) by and within the Department of Justice and also other Departments including the Department of Finance and Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and with any Ministers and any other Parties (including Third Parties) in relation to the application of Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (FEMPI) to Coroners in the State from 01 January 2011 to 31 December 2011 inclusive. With further particularity, I request that this include all such information, data and records within and between the Department(s) (including, but not limited to, information held by and within Line Division(s), Management Board, offices of the Minsters etc.) and any Third Parties.
