All records, correspondence and communications both electronic and written of any kind whatsoever, held by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, the Minister or his staff from 1st January 2023 until now, regarding meetings with the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) which directly pertain to energy prices, inclusive of: All records circulated between the Department and the CRU including the agenda from any meetings with the Minister or civil servants inclusive or above the grade of Principal Officer, any briefing material provided to the Minister or the Department and its officials in advance of any meetings, a copy of any presentation made by the CRU at such meetings, and all advice provided to him or his Department by the CRU on retail energy prices in 2023. The above request is also relevant to records created, sent to or held by the private offices and special advisers of the Ministers in this Department.
