With regard to the sports capital and equipment programme, in relation to the 2020 - Sports Capital and Equipment Programme - Eventing Ireland - CAS-51571-G3G9B0. Under the terms of the grant application and the grant approval, there is a requirement to provide 3 comparable quotes with regard to the grant when seeking final approval, and if the organisation receiving the grant opts to choose a supplier other than the cheapest it must supply supporting reasons. In the case of this grant I would like to receive copies of documentation supporting the selection, of the preferred supplier, as the lowest cost suppliers were not put forward as the the preferred supplier. I would like to receive copies of any correspondence between the Department and Eventing Ireland, and or Horse Sport Ireland in relation to the selection of the preferred supplier for the purposes of the Grant.
