All communication, whether written or electronic, including text and Whatsapp messages, as well as minutes of any meetings, between an Taoiseach and stakeholders from the agriculture sector on the subject of agricultural emissions targets, herd size, methane reduction targets or Cop26, between 1 August 2021 and the receipt of this request [3 November 2021]. Stakeholders from the agriculture sector are to encompass representative bodies, industry groups and environmental groups but exclude individual members of the public.
