​Copies of any records of communications (including emails, letters, records of phone calls and records of the content of phone calls) held by any member of the Tipperary County Council Homeless Services Team and/or the Director of Housing Services, Jonathan Cooney, dated during the period 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, in relation to the closure of the Hibernian Inn, Nenagh, to include, but not limited to, any records which reference that emergency accommodation placements were terminated at the Hibernian Inn because its closure.
