National Transport Authority (NTA)

1. Any internal documents, policy drafts, briefing notes, or memos created since 1 January 2022 which refer to the possibility of introducing a special, distinct, or identifiable EV-specific taxi licence plate (or similar identifier) for Small Public Service Vehicles (SPSVs), including taxis, hackneys, and limousines. 2. Correspondence (email or written) between NTA and the Department of Transport between 1 January 2022 and today that discusses: o EV taxi licence plates, o the use of licence plates to distinguish zero-emission SPSVs, o or any regulatory changes tied to EV adoption in the SPSV sector. 3. Agendas or minutes of the Advisory Committee on Small Public Service Vehicles (SPSVs) or any NTA internal working groups, subcommittees, or steering groups from 1 January 2022 to present, where the subject of EV taxis, EV-specific licence plates, or identification of zero-emission SPSVs was discussed.
