National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA)

I would like some information regarding advice you gave to a State body. The name of the group is Cara Nua, a trust fund set up to help survivors of industrial school abuse. Some person or persons within the NTMA advised Care Nua that to make the fund safe it should be placed so that it would earn no interest the amount is 110 million. Do I have to request under the freedom of information act, to get the names of the person or persons that gave this advice, and under what criterion it was given, or can you furnish it?
