I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided: records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to the identification of any and all sites in the Council area that have imposed fines on the excavation of Japanese knotweed. I also request all records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to the sites countywide that have clearly labelled signs saying it is forbidden to excavate knotweed. I also request all records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to discussions with the Department of Environment on how many of the fines imposed have been unpaid by the offending party.
