I request access to the following records held by the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the EU: 1. Any instructions, position papers, or policy documents sent by the relevant national ministry (in particular the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications or the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment) to the Permanent Representation regarding the scrutiny of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1364 of 14 March 2024 (on the establishment of a common Union rating scheme for data centres), in particular regarding Article 5 on the confidentiality of individual data centre information.
