I request access to all non-personal records relating to the issue and implementation of Circular 16/2021 “Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies - Amendments to the Annex on Remuneration and Superannuation” including, but not limited to, records relating to the necessity for the amendments, the definition of “discretionary benefits”, guidance to NewERA on the scope of any review / advice, and measures to ensure adherence to the “not less favourable” guarantee in section 46(4) of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983.
