Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine

I am looking to access some information regarding the publication by the Department of Agriculture in October of a document entitled: A Guide for Landowners to Managing Roadside Trees (see attached). I am looking for any documents, correspondence, minutes of meetings within the Department of Agriculture, with other Departments, with other State bodies or institutions or any third parties relating to the creation/publication of the document.
