All records of any category relating to the exclusion of some grades from the said Report No 42 increases from 1st June 2024. These to include, but not confined to, communications up to date between the Department of Health and other parties such as the HSE and the trade union, Fórsa, as well as internal DoH records. Also, records of communications between Fórsa and the HSE held by the Department.
