Nippon Gas submitted a planning application to Newry and Mourne in March 2015 for a CO2 plant in Warrenpoint Port, Co Down. I request any and all correspondence received and sent by LCC relating to this application. I have been advised by Warrenpoint that they wrote to LCC regarding the building of this plant
