1) Any report made by the District Inspector Mr Gerry Horan on the Golf Club or its activities in hard copy form in either the Portlaoise office or at Head Office, to include photographs,relating to the Arbitration Settlement of January 2017.Also correspondence drawings etc provided by the Golf Club relating to a planning application to erect netting round the Driving Range (D126/2/1). (2) Hard copy references relating to the Motorway through the Heath made since June 2019.Copy of the Conveyance of the lands under the Motorway made by the state to Laois County Council. (3) We understand an application has been made recently by the Portlaoise Parish for lands to enlarge the cemetery at the Heath. Our information as to the location of the enlargement of the cemetery is adjacent to a fen area on the Heath which is ecologically sensitive.All reports and correspondence relating to this application. (4) During the months of September and October 2023 on two Sunday mornings a market selling fowl,goats etc was set up opposite the Heath Church. All records relating to permission granted etc. (5) The file relating to the Telecome Eireann Site concluded in June 1997.At that stage no title was transferred. All records relating to conveyancing, cost etc. I omitted old file number D70/187/1 relating to number 5 on my list.
