Any records relating to the sale or transfer of loan portfolios by Permanent TSB to Pepper or associated entities. In particular,copies of or extracts from records that: 1.Refer to or quantify the consideration received by PTSB (e.g. price paid per euro of loan value or percentage discount applied); 2.Contain or reference valuation or transaction analyses prepared for ISIF, NTMA, or the Department of Finance; 3.Record briefings, communications, or reports provided to the NTMA Board, ISIF management, or the Department of Finance regarding the sale; and 4.Include any summary assessment of the transaction’s impact on the State’s shareholding or capital position in PTSB. This request covers the period from 1 January 2015 to the present.
