Earlier this year the Department released material on corporate governance meetings with the Irish Greyhound Board Your reference: FOI-18-213. This included the minutes of a meeting held on November 14, 2016. The minutes referred to a number of documents which were to be shared after the meeting or when they were ready. In this request I seek a copy of the following items of future correspondence and any follow up correspondence that arose directly from them. 1. Shareholder’s Letter of Expectation/Oversight Agreement. 2. The IGB was to report on the loop-holes relating to the 9th litter. 3. "DAFM requested a report from BnG on the areas that the ICC is not following up on, particularly in relation to those individuals who are in contravention of the ‘failure to notify’ provisions in the Welfare of Greyhounds Act."
