Copies of all paperwork submitted to the Pre- Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) by the Department of Defence in the last 12 months up to and including the Civil Defence PHECC licence application. Copies of any and all agreements between the Department and County/City Management Associations which relate to the Civil Defence PHECC Licence application in the last 12 months up to the signing of the Statutory Declaration.
