I request the following records: For the years 2015 & 2016 number of equines impounded on the order of GCC or on behalf of GCC? What pounds they went to? What is the amount of money spent? What is the breakdown of monies spent on impounding animals e.g. pick- up, care while impounded? Vet fees? Euthanasia fees? How many equines were euthanized as a result of impounding?
