Details of all “representations” made to the Minister for Justice from 1 January 2020 leading up to and subsequent to the Minister’s proposals to put into the The General Scheme of Sale of Alcohol Bill, 2022, provisions to : 1. Enable the holder of a Publican’s licence to remain open until 12-30 am seven nights a week ( presently they can only open till 12-30am two nights a week) 2. Enable opening hours for late night bars to remain at 2-30 pm. 3. Enable Night Clubs to stay open till 6am (no alcohol served after 5pm).
