It would be appreciated if you could expedite the following 2 items which should be readily available. 1) A copy of the Final Heads of Agreement as outlined in my previous email >.between FLS INDUSTRIES A/S and AER LINGUS GROUP PLC 2) Ministerial and/or Government approval of the Sale transaction contained in the Heads of Agreement to AER LINGUS GROUP PLC and its Chairman / executives.
