Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held the Department of Public Expenditure, dated between December 1, 2023, and the date of this request: • Records of correspondence, letters, emails, text messages, reports and memos, meetings, meeting minutes, and the like between the Minister/Minister’s office and Uber about the Irish taxi market, taxi regulations and taxi supply. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information. I am happy to discuss any aspect of my request insofar as it would help to clarify anything or make the process as efficient as possible. I appreciate your time in considering my request.
