Q4PR has reported meeting with the department officials on behalf of Herbata Ltd between 1 September and 31 December 2024. (Link). I wish to request access to the following records/details:  all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and Herbata (or anyone on behalf of Herbata) during that period  minutes for any meetings between the parties during the period  all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of any meetings  records of all material presented at meetings
