Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation Dear FOI Officer, I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I request access to records held by State Digital Services relating to the collection, management, and governance of citizen data through government digital platforms and services. This request includes records created between 1 January 2020 and the present relating to: • Policies, frameworks, or guidance governing how personal data is collected, stored, shared, or retained across government digital services. • Data protection impact assessments, audits, or reviews relating to citizen-facing digital platforms (including gov.ie or related services). • Contracts or agreements with third-party providers who process citizen data on behalf of the State. • Records of any reported data breaches, security incidents, or data protection complaints relating to government digital services. I request that records be released in electronic format where possible. Please advise if clarification is required. Revised Request: To clarify, I am seeking the documents themselves, rather than correspondence relating to the creation of those documents. Specifically, I am requesting final or current versions of the policies, frameworks, guidance documents, data protection impact assessments, audits, reviews, contracts or agreements, and records of reported data breaches or complaints referenced in my original request, where held. I am not seeking internal email correspondence or draft material unless such correspondence forms part of a formal review, audit, or decision-making record. If it would assist processing, I am happy for the scope to be limited to finalised documents created or in use between 1 January 2020 and the present. Please let me know if any further clarification would be helpful.
