Details on the number of claims made arising from incidents in hospital Emergency Departments (broken down by hospital and claim type - eg trips and falls, scaldings from hot drinks and allegations of negligence) for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and to date in 2022. 2. The number of claims withdrawn; settled outside of court; settled as a result of a court cases - including the value of settlements over the same period. 3. The value of pay outs for specific kinds of claims, as above trips and falls, scaldings etc.
