Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I would like to request the following under the freedom of information Act 2014: All records held by the Department relating to gifts, hospitality, travel expenses, subsidised events, or externally-funded trips received by: -Ministers and Ministers of State assigned to this Department, -Members of the Minister’s private office, and -Senior civil servants (Principal Officer level and above), for the period from 1 January 2024 to Date. This request should include, but not be limited to: -Records or registers of gifts or hospitality offered or received, including invitations to events, receptions, entertainment, or meals; -Records relating to travel or trips (domestic or international) where costs were paid in full or in part by external organisations, including semi- state bodies, lobby groups, private sector entities, or foreign governments; -Details of payment or reimbursement, including who paid, the purpose of the event/travel, total cost, and whether departmental approval was granted; -Any conflict-of-interest declarations or assessments made in connection with such gifts, trips, or events; -Any correspondence or memos between the Department and the Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) regarding such matters; and -Any records indicating whether the above gifts, hospitality, or trips were formally declared to the Department, SIPO, or any other relevant oversight body. I am seeking both electronic and hard-copy records, including emails, registers, memos, correspondence, and reports.
