Re: Enhanced Grant Scheme for Remediation of Dwellings Damaged by the use of Defective Concrete Blocks in their Construction. Request for… Ministerial Guidelines for Designated Local Authorities and the Housing Agency Dated June 2023. 1. RE: The above Guidelines and to the Time Limits, Section 6.7 and in particular to the last sentence of the first paragraph. "The applicant must also have submitted their final grant payment application following the completion of work within 65 weeks of having commenced works" 2. Request for copies of minutes, scoping exercises and/or background notes and copies of emails where this 65 week was discussed? 3. The criteria/parameters used by the Department in arriving at a time limit of 65 weeks? 4. Copies of any advice received from anybody or organisation representing building professionals?
