1. A list or summary of cases (from 2011 to present) in which cost protection under the Aarhus Convention (Article 9) or Irish implementing laws (including Section 50B of the Planning and Development Act 2000, or the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011) was granted, applied, or recognised in judicial proceedings. 2. Any records (internal reports, correspondence, or summaries) held by the Department identifying:  Individuals, organisations, or NGOs who were granted Aarhus based protective cost status in court cases involving environmental matters.  Statistical summaries or case tracking information of such beneficiaries, if maintained.
