The Commission’s own report makes it clear that inspections were carried out at Sean Ross Abbey on multiple occasions. I want: • Copies of all inspection reports carried out at Sean Ross Abbey. • Details of who carried out those inspections. • Who those reports were sent to. • Any replies, follow up actions, or recommendations connected to those inspections. I also request: • All records, reports, or correspondence relating to Dr Margaret Dunleavy, who worked for the Department of Health and was involved in vaccine trials and public health work. • All autopsy records, medical certifications, and related files for deaths at Sean Ross Abbey.
