With regards to a named housing estate, a copy of the report(s) prepared by the Council's personnel (or agents employed by the Council) who inspected the houses in recent months. The report(s) submitted following the inspection(s) in question would have formed the basis on which Warning Letters were issued in recent days to ourselves and some of the other houseowners. I also request a copy of the letter(s), email(s) or other communication(s) which set out the scope of the work to be undertaken in the inspections referred to above. By way of background, a warning letter was issued from the Enforcement Section.
